UPDATE: Court orders Trillanes arrest

THE Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) on Tuesday ordered the arrest of Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th.

Makati RTC Judge Elmo Alameda of Branch 150 said he granted the Department of Justice’s request for the issuance of a hold departure order and warrant of arrest against Trillanes whose amnesty was revoked by President Rodrigo Duterte via Proclamation 572.

“Wherefore, in view of the above disquisition, the prosecution’s Omnibus Motion dates September 7 2018 for the issuance of the Warrant of Arrest and Hold Departure Order against Sen. Antonio Trillanes,” the order read.

The judge set bail at P200,000.
