Okada’s new villas exude Cebu, Palawan vibes in the city

June 21, 2019

Known for its hotel, casino and party destinations, Okada Manila continues providing premium luxury for its clientele with its newly opened Villa Cebu, Villa El Nido and Villa Coron vacation residences. Aimed to provide the same experience and vacation vibes that the two popular Philippine islands bring to visitors, the villas are located in the property’s Pearl Wing and now considered the most expensive accommodation in the metro and among the topmost category in terms of capacity.

“We wanted to promote also the destinations in the Philippines, and we all know that Cebu, El Nido and Coron are the most famous destinations and attractions,” explained Cielo Ortega-Reboredo, Okada vice-president of sales and marketing, hospitality and entertainment to The Manila Times. “We are proud to use the names of El Nido and Coron in Palawan, which is considered as the best island in the world, as well as Cebu, which of course is the Queen City of the South.”

The names of the three travel destinations complement the relaxed atmosphere of the villas away from the maddening city crowds and matched with the tropical ambience that the interiors exude — perfect for large private events, occasions for the most stylish celebrations, exclusive high-end events or even intimate gatherings and lavish staycation.

“When you walk into the villa, it seems like you’re entering into another place or another world. It’s very relaxed and it gives you a very light feeling. Here, you will have total relaxation and surely feel pampered not just because of the amenities but because of the ambience,” shared Ortega-Reboredo.

“Aside from that, there’s also this sense of privacy and exclusivity, which is hard to find in other properties. It has a resort feeling but you’re just inside Metro Manila.”

The sophisticated additions to Okada Manila boasts of 1,170-square-meter Villa Cebu that has four bedrooms with seven beds; and the El Nido and Coron villas at 1,400-square meter each that can host more with five bedrooms and nine beds all furnished with Rivolta Carminiagni events.

With relaxation in mind, Villa Cebu has four bedrooms with a total of seven beds whereas Villas El Nido and Coron have five bedrooms and nine beds each.

The villas are outfitted with own living room, 16-seater dining room with a minibar, state-of-the-art entertainment room, spacious his-and-hers bathrooms with smart toilets, jacuzzi and Roberto Cavalli amenities, private garden with outdoor patios, indoor gym, a couple’s spa suite with sauna, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a jet tub.

Like any room in the hotel, the villas feature a DigiValet system, a special iPad that allows guests to take full control of the room’s devices. Guests also have access to a 24-hour butler service, personal trainer, and a private chef who can prepare any type of cuisine, rounding out the finest luxury experience in Manila. In addition, villa guests are allowed private access to the casino, parking area and everywhere else in the resort.
