With the aim to serve Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) clients and the general public better, General Manager Royina Garma has launched a program that directly connects to the Filipino people by taking in suggestions, comments, complaints, feedback and anything relative to agency operations.
Dubbed “Ipaalam Kay GM,” it is based at the PCSO main office, Ground Floor, Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
The program is a 24/7 communication medium that utilizes social media platform Facebook and call-and-text hotline.
Napakarami pong daing ng mga mamamayan na dumadaan sa Hotline 8888, so naisip ko na the best way to have a direct contact with our clients who experience perhaps dissatisfaction on the delivery of our services, ang programang ito ang maglalapit sa kanila sa PCSO,” Garma said.
“Nakita po ninyo na walang pangalan or anything because I want the program to be sustainable. Kasi I think the best judge if we are doing good is yung mga clients namin. Gusto ko total client satisfaction, 100 percent,” the new general manager expressed.
She also emphasized that transparency is the main purpose why she initiated the program and she wants to know and be informed about the real problem from the ground.
Concerned citizens are rest assured that all information sent are to be treated with confidentiality because information, suggestions and concerns go directly to her. She also reminded those who are seeking medical assistance to provide a phone number that the agency’s Charity Sector can reach them right away and state which area for coordination with any PCSO branch nationwide.
The official Facebook page of the newly launched program is “Ipaalam Kay GM.” It can also be reached through call and text at 0998-4068640 for Smart mobile users and 0956-9654381 for Globe users.
Lotto is back

Maraming salamat po,” GM Garma expressed during the public announcement pertaining to the resumption of Lotto games.
For public information, PCSO’s Charter states that 55 percent of its revenue is allocated for the prize fund, 30 percent goes to charity fund and the remaining 15 percent is utilized for operation expenses and necessary expenditures of the agency.
