Napakarami pong daing ng mga mamamayan na dumadaan sa Hotline 8888, so naisip ko na the best way to have a direct contact with our clients who experience perhaps dissatisfaction on the delivery of our services, ang programang ito ang maglalapit sa kanila sa PCSO,” Garma said.

“Nakita po ninyo na walang pangalan or anything because I want the program to be sustainable. Kasi I think the best judge if we are doing good is yung mga clients namin. Gusto ko total client satisfaction, 100 percent,” the new general manager expressed.

She also emphasized that transparency is the main purpose why she initiated the program and she wants to know and be informed about the real problem from the ground.

Concerned citizens are rest assured that all information sent are to be treated with confidentiality because information, suggestions and concerns go directly to her. She also reminded those who are seeking medical assistance to provide a phone number that the agency’s Charity Sector can reach them right away and state which area for coordination with any PCSO branch nationwide.

Maraming salamat po,” GM Garma expressed during the public announcement pertaining to the resumption of Lotto games.

For public information, PCSO’s Charter states that 55 percent of its revenue is allocated for the prize fund, 30 percent goes to charity fund and the remaining 15 percent is utilized for operation expenses and necessary expenditures of the agency.

PCSO continues its endeavor to fight and eradicate illegal gambling and corruption as it thrives in serving the Filipino people, especially those who are in dire need of help.
