The Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI), an organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the Philippine baking industry through innovation, collaboration, and economic growth, is set to host Bakery Fair 2025, a three-day industry event aimed at blending tradition with innovation to propel the Philippine baking sector forward.
The event will take place from March 6 to 8 at the World Trade Center Manila, bringing together top industry players, suppliers and enthusiasts.
Regarded as the country’s premier baking industry event, the Bakery Fair has long been a platform for businesses to expand and professionals to connect. FCBAI President Chris Ah emphasized the fair’s role in fostering industry relationships.

Bakery Fair’s unmatched reach — down to provinces and every region—makes it the ideal venue to nurture close-knit industry relationships,” Ah said. “This event isn’t just an exhibition; it’s a catalyst for economic vitality, uniting pioneers and communities to create a sweeter, brighter future for all.”
Bakery Fair 2025 will feature high-stakes competitions, live demonstrations, and networking opportunities designed to push the boundaries of creativity and expertise in baking.
The Baker’s Cup, a national competition, will feature events such as the Flour Masters: Bread Baking Competition, the Cake Illusion: Hyper-Realistic Cake Art Competition, and the Grand Regal Tiers Wedding Cake Display Competition, which boasts a P150,000 grand prize. Competitors can also win cash prizes, overseas training, and trips to top global baking institutes.
In addition to the competitions, world-class chefs will take the Main Stage and 360-degree Stage to showcase the latest baking techniques and trends, while exhibitors will unveil cutting-edge tools and innovations.
Open to both industry professionals and baking enthusiasts, Bakery Fair 2025 offers a lineup of engaging activities, including thrilling competitions such as the fast-paced Donut Dash and the Cake My Day event, where bakers create wildlife-inspired edible masterpieces.
Trend-focused showcases will highlight sustainable baking initiatives in the World Water Day Cake Decorating Competition and the American Croissant Challenge. At the same time, networking opportunities will allow attendees to connect with key industry leaders, suppliers, and peers to foster new business prospects.
Beyond business, Bakery Fair 2025 serves as a cultural and community event, highlighting the artistry and dedication of Filipino bakers. “Just as Tikoy binds families, this event unites our industry in harmony and progress,” Ah said. The fair is open to the public, offering a glimpse into the evolving world of baking and the latest industry breakthroughs.
