Conrad Manila’s award-winning restaurant Brasserie on 3 opened on 19 October with the curated international culinary creations of executive chef Daniel Patterson and his team.
Diners choose their main course from either the Asian Favorites section or from the Grill, or Pizza and Pasta selections, each complemented by a medley of appetizer, soup and dessert.
Hearty items from Asian Favorites include Singaporean laksa, ox-tail kare-kare and Brasserie on 3’s signature beef bulalo. From The Grill offers Wagyu beef burger, organic chicken and sirloin steak, among others. Pasta and Pizza features truffle four-cheese and chicken pesto flatbread pizza, fettuccine carbonara and spaghetti bolognese.

Brasserie on 3 has strict health measures in place such as social distancing, acrylic table barriers and a digital a la carte menu that can be viewed by scanning a QR code for contactless ordering, among other best practices.
Conrad Manila’s hygiene and services manager ensures that each dish is prepared in compliance with the highest global and Hilton standards, with team members undergoing daily health checks and observing proper hygiene practices at all times.
Feast of Flavors prices start at P975 nett per person. Brasserie on 3 is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Longer shopping hours at Landers
In line with recent developments, Landers Superstore announces its Metro Manila and Cebu branches have adjusted its store hours to 9 a.m. — 8 p.m. starting 24 October. Shoppers are advised to plan their visit accordingly.
