The COVID-19 pandemic definitely changed the way people dine, further prompting food businesses to shift to digital means. The likes of ube pandesal and baked sushi, to name a few, became instant online food trends.

In time for the holidays, some of these small to medium enterprises (SME) found on social media have decked the halls of S Maison at its Christmas Market.

Thinking of gifting cakes in acrylic boxes? Buerre MNL’s birthday cake, Red Velvet Cream Cheese and Triple Chocolate are your best choices. There’s also Project Lanay’s Chocolate Lanay Donuts, Bite N Melt’s freshly baked egg tarts, Casa Homemade Goods’ Chocolate Ganache Cake and The Baking Bunny’s buttermilk biscuits, cream scone, lemon marmalade, bottled lemon curd, lemon Madeleins and meringue kisses.
