‘May ibang impact rin’: Angelica Panganiban on being ‘Hugot Queen’

MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban reacted on her new moniker “Hugot Queen.”

In the virtual press conference of her upcoming iWantTFC series “The Goodbye Girl,” Angelica said she was hurt at first when she was called the “Hugot Queen.”

Kayo ‘yung nagbigay niyan eh so, noong una nga na-hurt pa ako eh,” she said.

Directed by Derick Cabrido, “The Goodbye Girl” is a six-episode digital series starring Angelica, JC De Vera, RK Bagatsing, Loisa Andalio, Barbie Imperial, Maris Racal, and Elisse Joson.

The series shows different women going through heartbreaks and relationship troubles. It will stream on iWantTFC on February 14, Valentine’s Day.
