The Dance Quest consisted of dance crew participants from Cebu Districts 1 to 3 and the Tricity area. For the elimination rounds, the groups were requested to create a short video of their dance routine to the tune of the Ako’y Pilipino AP Partylist anthem. Teams also uploaded the videos to their group’s Facebook account while tagging the official AP Partylist page and using the official hashtags for the contest.

The elimination rounds began last March 5 starting with the 3rd District, March 13 for the 2nd District, March 19 for the Tri-city area, and finally March 20 for the 1st District. Three groups from each location were chosen for the semifinal rounds that happened last April 2 as an in-person event at Tabunok in Talisay City.
