In the Philippine Cup, the former NBA D-League player averaged 18.7 points on a 39.8 percent shooting from beyond the arc, then increased his production to 20.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists and a steal in the import-laden Governors' Cup.

Williams will join Santillan of Rain or Shine, Munzon of Terrafirma, Malonzo of NorthPort and Oftana of NLEX in the All-Rookie Selection.
