Illo’s Home Buffet opens its newest branch at Pearl Garden Hotel in Adriatico

After successfully establishing his ghost kitchen business, Chef N Rovillos is ready to welcome Manileños to enjoy its culinary creations in its own space. This month, Chef N and his team officially launched the newest Illo’s Home Buffet branch at Pearl Garden Hotel in Adriatico.
Inside Illo’s Home Buffet in Pearl Garden Hotel
Established in 2019, the buffet restaurant was first known as a party food supplier. Soon enough, its clientele grew massive as well as its social media following. What founders Chef N and his wife Anne want to bring with its buffet restaurant is a gastronomic adventure through their food. Their dishes, ranging from classic Filipino food to international favorites, are perfected over time as they are made from recipes passed on to them by their families.
Seafood paella and ribeye steak
For its buffet restaurant, the founders stick to their core, which is all about celebrating life through food. Its space is decked with white furnishings complemented by gold dinnerware. Diners will find it hard not to salivate with its smorgasbord of food. Some of our favorites are its truly festive seafood paella, baked salmon, and prawn thermidore. Foodies can go on a worldwide trip with its international flavors, from its assorted kebab and African peri-peri set to its variety of pasta and prime roasts. And, of course, iconic Filipino dishes like lechon, banget, and pancit, among others, have a special spot on its buffet table. As for desserts, trust that its lime cheesecake and ube cream cake will never fail to complete a dining experience at Illo’s Home Buffet.
