Miss Manila is back

Manila City Mayor Mayor Dr. Sheilah “Honey” Lacuña-Pangan led the relaunch of the Miss Manila pageant, which was last held in 2018 before the long pandemic.

Following tradition, the pageant will continue to take place on Araw ng Manila on June 24, this time at the beautifully restored Manila Metropolitan Theater.

From there, a face-to-face audition and screening will take place and the selection will be whittled down to 50 and finally, after a series of workshops, the Top 25 will be determined to compete for the grand coronation night. These ladies will ultimately vie for the 2023 Miss Manila crown with first and second runners up as well as the 2023 Miss Manila Tourism title.
