The Maynila Ballroom of the Manila Hotel was transformed into an elegant palatial ballroom, complete with burgundy and red draping, roses hanging from the gilded and arched walls, with gilded columns and crowns to recreate the Coronation of European Royalty, this being the thematic handle of the 2023 Club Bulakeño Ball.
Spearheaded and conceptualized by Club Bulakeño President Florita “Baby” Tan, and ably assisted by creative Past President and Ways and Means Chair Milo Bondoc, the ball began with ballroom dancing, which seamlessly segwayed into an elegant waiters’ parade – the waiters were all in period costumes too.
Unity Philippines Spiritual Center’s Invocation song, “I Am So Grateful” led by Rev Florence Monzon and participated by Baby Tan, Past Pres Milo Bondoc, Maru Go, Gov. Baby Ortiz, Chuck Gueco, Mila Imson, expressing Club Bulakenos’ deep gratitude to everyone for making the grand ball a success.

Party fit for a rock star!
Birthdays are truly a gift. No matter how old you are turning, each birthday is always a reason to celebrate and get together with your loved ones and favorite people and have some fun!
This is how Howie Go celebrated his birthday at Episode Bar. With great spread of food, overflowing wines and drinks, great music and dancing and more, the party lasted up to wee hours of the morning!
Maru Go surprised Howie with the video compilation of Howie’s previous birthday celebration and the celebrant was moved to tears. But after that touching moment, the guests went wild again as they sang and dance with the music of T.O.M. Band.
Here’s looking forward to more great celebration the Rock Star Howie’s style! Fun! Fun! Fun!
