K-pop group ILLIT’s Yunah, Minju collaborate with Disney star Kylie Cantrall

ILLIT continued to expand their global reach, collaborating with Disney star Kylie Cantrall on her new digital single “See U Tonight (feat. Yunah & Minju of ILLIT).”

The song, featuring ILLIT’s Yunah and Minju, was officially released on May 7.

“See U Tonight” explores the push-and-pull dynamic of a budding relationship. Layered over rhythmic, energetic sounds, Minju’s unique tone and Yunah’s powerful vocals blend in to create a vibrant harmony that enhances the song’s infectious beat.

The collaboration was sparked by Cantrall’s approach, who had taken a strong interest in the group’s rapid global rise and trendy musical style.

The accompanying music video features all five members of ILLIT, adding a delightful surprise to the release and highlighting their effortless chemistry with Cantrall. Shot in a FaceTime-style format, the video radiates a fresh, playful energy as the artists engage in lively conversations and perform the highlight of its choreography together.

“I used to practice with Cantrall’s songs when I was a trainee, so it feels surreal and such an honor to work with her. The recording process was really fun as the song really fits the style I’m trying to build as an artist,” said Minju.

Yunah said, “I focused on refining the vocal riffs to make sure every delivery contributed to the song. It’s a cool, refreshing track—perfect for the weather these days—so I hope you’ll give it lots of love.”

Cantrall is a rising actress and singer-songwriter who have made headlines globally as the star of Disney+ original film, “Descendants: The Rise of Red.”

ILLIT solidified their status as a record-breaking rookie group with their debut single, “Magnetic,” becoming the first K-pop act to enter both the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Chart with a debut track.

“See U Tonight (feat. Yunah & Minju of ILLIT) is now available on all streaming platforms worldwide.
