Kathryn Bernardo is once again at the center of online speculation after netizens noticed her wearing what appeared to be a large diamond ring in one of her recent social media posts.
Some netizens believe it is proof that the actress is already engaged.
A screenshot of the post was later shared on Reddit, where users began dissecting the issue.
Opinions appeared split on whether it was indeed an engagement ring.
“Hindi ganyan ni KB i-aannounce if ever engaged na siya. And yung ring right hand yan, pag engagement and wedding ring left hand,” one netizen pointed out.
Another commented, “Yun din una kong napansin. Nasa right hand. And tama ka, sa ugali ni Kathryn, hindi sa ganyang way niya ia-announce yan. Sa magarbong pictorial niya yan gagawin tulad ng idol niyang si Taylor Swift.”
“Wrong hand din, should be the left hand pag engaged,” another added.
As of writing, there has been no official statement from Kathryn regarding the rumor, leaving fans to continue speculating over the viral post.
Kathryn is being romantically linked to young politician Mark Alcala for some time now, having been spotted together on numerous occasions.
However, both have yet to publicly acknowledge or confirm any relationship between them.
