Senate Secretary and Impeachment Court Clerk of Court Renato Bantug Jr. said the order was “released to the parties by electronic mail” and printed copies would be “hand delivered.”
The order was released after the conduct of the pre-trial conference which ran from June 18 to 25.
The pre-trial order will serve as the blueprint for the impeachment trial which is scheduled to start on Monday, July 6.
