Several Philippine diving destinations are featured in Deep Blue, The Ocean Flow Again, an immersive multimedia exhibition running until Aug. 31 at Théâtre des Lumières in Seoul, South Korea.
The exhibition features underwater photographs and videos by South Korean underwater photographer Kim Eun-jong, who spent nearly two decades documenting marine environments in the Philippines. Featured locations include Anilao in Batangas, Moalboal and Malapascua in Cebu, Dauin in Negros Oriental, Romblon, Coron in Palawan, Southern Leyte and Tubbataha Reef.

According to South Korean media outlet Digital Chosun, about 80% of the exhibition’s video content was filmed by Kim in Philippine waters over nearly 20 years. The roughly 30-minute presentation is divided into nine chapters.
The exhibition is staged at Théâtre des Lumières inside Walkerhill Hotel and Resort, using large-scale digital projections, underwater footage, sound and music to present scenes from Philippine marine environments.

Beyond showcasing marine life and underwater landscapes, the exhibition also touches on marine pollution and climate change, with later sections focusing on ocean conservation and the future of marine ecosystems.
