Ovation Productions and KLive made the announcement through a statement, saying they regret to announce that the concert “has been postponed to next year.”
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Further details regarding new dates and other updates are yet to be announced.”
The concert was billed as a homecoming of sorts for Dela Torre, whose music career has been marked by emotional OPM songs that have resonated with Filipino listeners.
For ticket holders who no longer wish to attend the rescheduled concert, organizers said refunds may be requested directly through Ticketmaster Philippines or its customer support.
The organizers also thanked fans for their patience and understanding, saying, “We hope to see you next year!”
Dela Torre is known for songs including “Malaya,” “Tagpuan,” “Titibo-Tibo,” “Paubaya,” “Ikaw At Ako,” “Kumpas” and “Babalik Sa’yo.” Her music has also been featured in several films and television series.
