F2 Logistics deepened its rotation by signing three players who made their mark in the UAAP Season 85 women’s volleyball tournament.

On Sunday, May 28, the Cargo Movers announced their signing of FEU Lady Tamaraws’ Jovelyn Fernandez as well as La Salle Lady Spikers’ Mars Alba and Jolina de la Cruz.

Fernandez, the UAAP Season 85 Best Opposite Spiker, got introduced first followed by the Best Setter and Finals MVP Alba.

F2 then capped their signing spree by tapping La Salle’s do-it-all volleybelle de la Cruz, who bagged the Season 85 Best Outside Spiker trophy.

“Marionne and Jolina, you guys are no longer different. This is just a traditional transition to join your ‘Ates’,” wrote F2 in a Facebook post.

“Jovelyn, you are very welcome to this family. We are glad that a Lady Tamaraw has joined us.”

The Cargo Movers became the second team to beef up their lineup by recruiting standouts from the recently-concluded UAAP Season 85.

The first one were the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, who signed NU Lady Bulldogs’ Jen Nierva, Joyme Cagande, Ces Robles, as well as UST Golden Tigresses’ Imee Hernandez and Eya Laure.

The Akari Chargers also made their move ahead of the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference by signing Ateneo star Faith Nisperos.
