It also noted advancements in Pinamungahan, Cebu (52.83 percent), Bontoc, Southern Leyte (33.7 percent), Abuyog, Leyte (18.63 percent), San Francisco, Cebu (17.54 percent), Tubod, Lanao del Norte (11.85 percent), Santo Tomas, Batangas (10.94 percent), Sibalom, Antique (9.39 percent), Badiangan, Iloilo (8.05 percent), Palompon, Leyte (6.56 percent), Calauag, Quezon (4.89 percent), Tanjay City, Negros Oriental (3.61 percent), Dumangas, Iloilo (2.29 percent), Mexico, Pampanga (1.66 percent), and Mandaluyong, Metro Manila (1.13 percent). — Darwin G.
