The collaborative effort between a client and a design team in creating a dream home is a dynamic and enriching process. It goes beyond turning blueprints into brick and mortar – it involves transforming ideas into a living, breathing reality.
Entrusting Mod and Noble’s talented young team with the design of their dream home was a no-brainer for the client. Their innovative flair for space utilization always hits the mark, creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
Their “Infinity Project” in Bulacan allowed them to release their creative minds as they worked with their client’s vision for this design project.
Their client has tasked the team with creating their dream home, reflecting their rags-to-riches background with a desire for a hotel-like ambiance.
“We wanted a design to show our belief in the infinity symbol. It embodies our identity and also serves as our good luck charm in our life and business,” the entrepreneur client said.
Incorporating this sentiment into the design, Mod and Noble subtly weaved elements reminiscent of the infinity symbol number eight throughout the space: from the layout patterns to the occasional octagonal shape subtly embedded in decor pieces.
To incorporate the infinity symbol, the team at Mod and Noble utilized it in space planning, shaping the general areas in an open plan with rounded spatial arrangements. Custom details such as handles were crafted in the form of the infinity symbol using a brass metal finish. On the rooftop lanai of the third floor, the landscape design takes the shape of an infinity symbol when viewed from above.
Blending technical finesse and artistry, Mod and Noble implemented state-of-the-art home automation systems allowing control of curtains, climate, and security through intuitive touch panels discreetly integrated into the infinity symbol-inspired design elements. The harmonious fusion of these technical functionalities with the aesthetics elevated the home to a realm of both sophistication and functionality.
During the interior’s conceptual and schematic development, a meticulous three-month period transpired, inclusive of the approval process. As passionate interior designers, Mod and Noble’s pursuit of perfection led them to seek the client’s approval for each space, meticulously ensuring that every detail resonated perfectly.
