Ayana Beatrice Poblete, a Filipina talent achieving success and honor in the United Kingdom, recently expressed her gratitude to her parents for their unwavering support. Ayana credited her parents for influencing her decision to pursue her dreams in the UK.
Recalling her journey, Ayana first obtained her Bachelor in Music in Music Theater at the Conservatory of Music at the University of Sto. Tomas before venturing into her interest in stage acting.
Ayana underwent music training at Santa Isabel College-Manila and the University of the Philippines Summer Extension Program. She later completed her Master of Arts in Music Theater Company at Leeds Conservatoire in the UK, where she became a pioneer Filipina student.
At Leeds Conservatoire, she participated in various performances, including the “Nest” production by the National Youth Theater – Great Britain and “Chasing Icarus” at The Other Palace Theater, London.
Additionally, Ayana co-founded AKA Theatre Company Ltd. in October 2023, aiming to represent original productions by new musical theater graduates, creatives, and artists.
Ayana and AKA Theatre Company Ltd. are working on an upcoming musical production slated to be showcased in the United Kingdom by 2024.
Her journey stands as a testament to the crucial role her supportive parents played in her remarkable achievements.
