Givenchy brings its spring-summer 2024 pieces to the Philippines

When it comes to summer dressing, what usually comes to mind are pieces imbued with florals, wearable items made of woven materials, or weather-appropriate linen and eyelet garbs. But this year, Givenchy invites everyone to celebrate the season with a sense of elegance and modernity.

The Parisian brand brings to the Philippines its spring-summer 2024 pieces. What caught our eyes during its exclusive collection preview at its Greenbelt 4 store in Makati City is its range of bags. For Givenchy’s latest collection, creative director Matthew M. Williams drew inspiration from the brand’s archives and the signatures of the late Hubert Givenchy, which is echoed in its latest roster of bags.

Voyou bags

On display at the store is the Voyou collection, one of the spring-summer 2024 highlights. The calfskin leather V-shaped bag features two-tone metallic buckles engraved with the brand’s moniker. Its slouchy silhouette adds a cool and chill vibe to the bag. Apart from black, the Voyou bags also come in playful tones of taupe, dark khaki, and lavender.

Cut Out bag and 4G crossbody bag

Sleek and seductive is the Cut Out bag. Perfect for a night out in the city, the calfskin leather bag comes with a G-cube chain in a silvery metallic finish. The 4G crossbody bag, on the other hand, is where classic meets modern with its metal chain braided with leather and embossed leather clasp featuring the brand’s iconic emblem.
