Gilas 3×3 men’s team bows to virtually all-naturalized Cambodian, settles for silver

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia: The Gilas Pilipinas men’s 3×3 team bowed to an almost All-Filipino Cambodian team, 15-20, to settle for a silver medal in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games on Sunday, May 7 at the elephant hall.

The quartet of Almond Vosotros, Joseph Eriobu, Joseph Sedurifa, and Kevin Flores battled hard but could not scale the size and the athleticism of the home team.

Cambodia fielded one local only in its 3×3 team, with three of the squad being African-Americans.
