ANDREA Aguilera from Ecuador has been crowned the 14th Miss Supranational while the Philippines’ Pauline Amelinckx was first runner-up in a glitzy ceremony in Poland.
during the dazzling ceremony held at Strzelecki Park in Nowy Sacz, Poland’s Malopolska region on Saturday.
This is the highest finish for the Philippines since Mutya Datul won the crown in 2013. Amelinckx’s win also extends the Philippines’ consistent top finish in the beauty pageant to 11, solidifying the country’s reputation as a powerhouse in the said international pageant.
Sancler Frantz of Brazil was named second runner-up and a winner of the Influencer challenge. Emma Collingridge of the United Kingdom was third runner-up, while Ngan Dang Thanh of Vietnam, winner of the Fan Vote challenge, was fourth runner-up.
