Filipino pageant fans are now on the edge of their seats as they await the final outcome of Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee’s participation in the 72nd edition of the Miss Universe Pageant now being held in San Salvador, El Salvador.
With many experts in beauty competitions, both local and foreign, placing Michelle within the winning circle, Filipinos excitedly look forward to, once again, bag what is considered the most coveted beauty title “in the entire universe.” Should the Philippine delegate emerge victorious by the contest’s conclusion on the Sunday morning, Nov. 19, it will be the country’s fifth from the Miss Universe Organization.
With this growing anticipation by the fans, watch parties all over the country are now being planned and laid down to get people to support their local girl. Among these parties are those being put together in Newport World Resorts (NWR), the country’s most multi-faceted and premium lifestyle and leisure destination.
In the morning of Nov. 19, starting at 8am, Miss Universe fans are invited to join in an exclusive viewing party of this year’s pageant at the Limitless Barcade, located at the 4F of the Newport Mall.
Limitless Barcade is owned and operated by Night League, whose Managing Partner Vanessa Francisco explains: “We share in the fan’s excitement for this event. We, too, are excited for Michelle Dee’s very bright prospects to, once again, bring home the crown to the country. We want all of us to share in what can be considered another history in the making for our country.” This is already the third time that Newport World Resorts will be staging a viewing party. The first two turned out to be fun, SRO events.
For only P700 per head, fans will not only get to feast their eyes on the beauties on screen but also their taste buds to the buffet breakfast that will be prepared for them at the venue. The first 85 guests of the day also get a shot at the crown with special prizes in store for those who correctly pick the winning candidates.
