Jennifer Lopez, K-pop group (G)I-DLE collaborate on song ‘This Time Around’

American singer-actress Jennifer Lopez, aka J.Lo, collaborated with K-pop girl group (G)I-DLE for new music.

J.Lo released the song “This Time Around (feat. (G)I-DLE)” on March 15, a remix of her hit song “This Time Around,” a track in J.Lo’s “This Is Me… Now” album which came out last month.

“(G)I-DLE and Jennifer Lopez’s collaboration single ‘This Time Around (feat. (G)I-DLE)’ was released simultaneously on various domestic and international music sites at midnight on March 15,“ said Cube Entertainment, the girl groups’ agency.

(G)I-DLE recreated a fresher and more dynamic version by adding a unique voice, delicate singing ability, and trendy rapping to the iconic style of Lopez.

In addition, (G)I-DLE released a lyric video through Jennifer Lopez’s official YouTube channel on March 15.

After previously collaborating with artists such as Alan Walker and Anne-Marie, (G)I-DLE once again attempted a groundbreaking collaboration.

Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE recently entered a total of six Billboard charts, including the Billboard 200, with their second full-length album “2” released in January.
