“We are so out of timing. We’re so eager to score right away. We really want to make a point, we really want to win right away,” said Petro Gazz head coach Oliver Almadro.

“So, I’m telling them that it’s patience and composure that will win us the match.”

Cienne Cruz amassed 10 excellent digs and 19 receptions while Djanel Cheng dished out 10 excellent sets for the Angels.

Petro Gazz will try to extend its winning run to three when it battles F2 Logistics on Thursday, July 13.

Cloanne Mondonedo tossed eight excellent sets as Kate Santiago notched seven points and 12 excellent receptions.

The Foxies fell to 0-3 at the bottom of pool B. They will try to barge in the winning column when they face the Cignal HD Spikers on Saturday, July 15.
