New Federer collection coming to Uniqlo PH

Global apparel retailer Uniqlo announced the coming launch of the Roger Federer collection by JW Anderson, a collaborative line between the fashion line and the tennis legend. The design incorporates Federer’s classic style with JW Anderson’s modern and vibrant interpretation of sports and performance wear. It is also tailored for individuals who effortlessly navigate an active and comfortable lifestyle, seamlessly transitioning between sports and daily activities. The collection will be available in the Philippines on September 11.

“While developing his tennis attire, we engaged in meaningful discussions with Roger on how it could be versatile for both on and off-the-court wear. With this vision in mind, we naturally turned to JW Anderson, given his profound understanding of sports and performance wear. I am confident that everyone will discover something in this new collection that resonates with their individual daily style.”

Federer remarked, “I’ve always aspired to create a collection suitable for playing tennis and adaptable for various aspects of daily life. I am fortunate that Jonathan shared this vision. Together, we’ve crafted a stylish and comfortable line firmly rooted in classic tennis aesthetics. Jonathan is a talented, creative mind, and remarkably down-to-earth. In addition to polo shirts and shorts fashioned from Uniqlo Dry Ex material, this new collection encompasses numerous gender-neutral pieces. It includes nylon easy pants accentuated with side piping as color highlights, a remarkable premium lambswool crewneck sweater adorned with bold colors and knits, and a fleece full-zip jacket embellished with a distinct breast pocket crafted from different materials.
