P10-M Super Health Center to rise in Tagaytay City

TAGAYTAY CITY, Cavite: The Department of Health (DoH)-Calabarzon and the local government unit here led the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tagaytay Super Health Center (SHC) in Barangay Sungay Wes on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023.

Dr. Ariel Valencia, DoH regional director; Mayor Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino; and Cavite Eighth District Rep. Aniela Tolentino took part in the activity.

Valencia said the P10-million project will be the 15th Super Health Center in the province of Cavite.

“Out of 23 localities here, this is 15th including the under-construction SHCs in General Trias, Imus, Bacoor and Dasmariñas. Hopefully, we can build an SHC in all localities,” he added.

Mayor Tolentino said the latest SHC will be a great help for the health of the people of Tagaytay.
