Ultimate Body 2023 holds sponsors’ gala

Glitz and glamour filled the Chairman’s Lounge of Okada Manila as Global First Philippines Creative Production (GFPCP) held a gala night to thank the generous sponsors who have pledged their support for the first-ever Ultimate Body (UB) Search 2023.

Headed by GFPCP President and Chief Executive Officer Patricia Cortez, the event took place in the newly-added events room of Okada Manila in Parañaque City.

In her speech, Cortez expressed her gratitude to the sponsors of the company’s major project, which aims to ignite a global movement that encourages people to embrace their bodies and celebrate their unique qualities.

“I want to express our sincerest thanks to all of you for being an essential part of this search. Your contributions have provided us with the means to organize and execute this search and empowered us to pursue our goals to make memorable experiences for every candidate here that bring brands to life,” Cortez said.

Citing the event sponsors, she acknowledged representatives of the Belo Medical Group, SM City Clark, Prime City Resort Hotel, La Hermosa Royal, El Vistra, Fitness Barracks, B&B Genteel Home, Pampanga Press Club, Trence Fitness, and other local businesses in Pampanga.

GFPCP Chief Operations Officer Cristelle Pauline Andaya, meanwhile, spotlighted the 10 women and 13 men now vying for the Ultimate Body title, who hail from different provinces in the country like Pampanga, Bataan, Tarlac, Olongapo, Bulacan, and Camarines Norte.

Andaya likewise underlined the contest’s goal to challenge societal beauty standards that often perpetuate unrealistic ideals. She declared that the pageant hopes to inspire individuals to embrace their bodies, regardless of shape and size.

As such, UB 2023 will give the candidates a devoted platform to share personal stories of their fitness journey, self-acceptance and body empowerment, which should inspire others to begin loving and appreciating themselves as they should.

Pre-contest activities will further include fitness workshops, digital challenges and a beauty and wellness day for finalists, whose schedules are still to be announced.

GFPCP is the newest digital marketing and event production company in Angeles City, Pampanga, primarily offering live event solutions, concert productions, and digital marketing for businesses.

The company’s tagline is “Creating Above and Beyond Experience,” which Cortez promises to bring to every event they have lined up through 2024.

Also part of the GFPCP team are Business and Finance Lead Pem Adaya, Managing Director Cecille Sanchez, Marketing Director Mark Anthony Adaya, Organizers Barbie Alcantara and Sam Manuel and PR Consultant Marna Del Rosario.

Spotted at the UB gala night for sponsors were Julie Isihara and Bryan Micabalo of the Belo Medical Group and First Imex Pan Pacific Trading President Henry Nguyen, among others.
