Redefining seaside resort living in Batangas

In a bid to create a unique resort lifestyle within its latest exclusive seaside residential project, Landco Pacific Corporation proudly unveiled the Grand Coral Clubhouse at Playa Laiya, located in San Juan, Batangas.

Landco boasts a rich legacy of over three decades, pioneering premium landscapes. From its iconic Punta Fuego project in Nasugbu in the ‘90s to its recent projects like BeachTowns CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach), Club Laiya, Playa Calatagan, and Playa Laiya, the company has consistently pushed the boundaries of excellence in residential development.

With an unwavering commitment to innovation, Landco solidifies its role as a market leader in crafting luxurious beachfront properties in Batangas.

Playa Laiya’s newly — launched Grand Coral Clubhouse is designed according to its surrounding natural splendor

The introduction of the Grand Coral Clubhouse marks a significant milestone, enhancing the lifestyle offerings not only for Playa Laiya’s residents but also for the broader beach community in Batangas.

The project sets a new standard for amenities within exclusive residential resorts and leisure developments across the nation, reaffirming Landco’s dedication to excellence and innovation in the industry.

Nestled within a sprawling 128-hectare leisure and tourism estate, Playa Laiya stands as a remarkable collaborative venture between Landco and Aplaya Laiya Corporation (ALC). Its expansive beachfront is the quintessential backdrop for coastal living, offering a modern beach town experience. At its heart lies the Grand Coral Clubhouse, a structural marvel shaped through the collective efforts of Landco, ALC, and their invaluable partners.

The clubhouse’s design draws inspiration from the surrounding natural splendor, crafting a harmonious and serene ambiance. Multi-layered architecture, punctuated by discs of varying heights, conveys a sense of balance and tranquility. Curved walls, strategically adorned with openings, grant sweeping vistas of the sea and lush gardens.

A crowning jewel within the Grand Coral Clubhouse is the “Starry, Starry Night” swimming pool, a homage to Vincent van Gogh’s masterpiece. Illuminated by a mesmerizing fiber optics lighting system embedded in the pool floor, it transforms into a celestial oasis at night, enveloping swimmers in a mesmerizing starry sky.

For gatherings, the 350-sqm Hegland Hall pays tribute to Ole Hegland, a shipping magnate whose admiration for Laiya’s enchanting landscapes led him to create a thriving community that celebrates nature and unity.

The hall accommodates up to 150 guests. Additionally, 14 cabanas by the pool offer relaxation, while the Reef poolside restaurant caters to culinary desires.

The Grand Coral Clubhouse not only elevates Playa Laiya as an exclusive beachfront haven but also embodies Landco’s core values of innovation, sustainability, and premium development. This world-class amenity fosters connections and enriching experiences for residents, visitors, and the wider community, offering a canvas for creating cherished memories amid nature’s splendor.

Whether basking in the morning light, enjoying a tranquil afternoon, or relishing a poolside barbecue, the clubhouse’s design, inspired by nature’s magnificence, provides an unparalleled backdrop for life’s celebrations. — Nickie Wang
