Agents of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) arrested actor Ricardo Cepeda in Caloocan City on charges of syndicated estafa.
Cepeda, 58, who is Richard Cesar Go in real life, was nabbed on October 7, a QCPD report issued on Sunday said.
He is the former husband of actress Snooky Serna.
CIDU chief Maj. Don-don Llapitan said his men collared Cepeda based on the arrest warrant issued by Judge Gemma Bucayu-Madrid of the Cagayan-Regional Trial Court Branch 12. He did not resist arrest.
Cepeda is in the custody of the QCPD at Camp Karingal in Quezon City.
