Resist foul designs

The temporary displacement of the Palestinians, however, is necessary since Israel now considers north Gaza a war zone.

Formidable forces are employing deception against Israel, many of which have yet to come out in the open, as the war against the extremists Hamas intensifies.

Even reports in the media are twisted, such as that of a cable news network based in the Middle East that peddles the lie that members of Hamas accidentally found themselves in Israeli villages after attacking military camps on the Gaza border.

The American NBC News has obtained from Israeli first responders documents showing that last week’s attack on schools and youth centers was part of an intricate plan to sow terror.

Provoking Israel to launch a response on Palestine was the treacherous goal of the Hamas operation.

The ultimate aim is to draw Islamic nations to launch a jihad against Israel once civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip become untenable.

Israel warned north Gaza residents to move to the south to prevent them from being caught in the crossfire in the hunt for the terrorists and their hostages.

According to the Israel Defense Forces or IDF, the army has been urging Palestinians to move out of the combat zones, but Hamas units were actively preventing travel with roadblocks on major routes.

The IDF said Saturday evening that Hamas was preventing Palestinians from evacuating. It said it had identified hundreds of thousands of Palestinians moving south, but many were getting stuck in traffic caused by Hamas roadblocks.

Among those stranded in the combat zone are tens of Filipinos pleading frantically for help to leave north Gaza.

The Department of Foreign Affairs said that since Israel has imposed a blockade on the troubled region, it is exploring all diplomatic connections to track the overseas Filipino workers.

As the clock ticks for Israel as a delayed response will mean that Hamas will be able to consolidate and take in more armed recruits, particularly militants beyond Gaza, Israel’s military said it is launching a ground invasion.

IDF issued a statement saying it was readying to “expand the offensive” by implementing a “wide range of offensive operational plans,” which it said include a “joint and coordinated attack from the air, sea and land.”

Israel had launched rocket attacks on the areas in the Gaza Strip where Hamas strongholds are located after the unprecedented assault on Israeli border communities, killing 1,300 people, most of them civilians, and taking up to 200 hostages in Gaza.

The terror assault, considered the worst in Israel’s history, shocked the world, and Israeli leaders declared their intention to end Hamas’ territory rule.

Hamas, through the manipulation of the situation, is winning success in drawing adverse responses in favor of Palestine, including from the United Nations that called for the lifting of the siege on Gaza.

The United States is aware of the game that the anti-Israel insurgents are playing.

“As Israel pursues its legitimate right to defending its people and to ensure this never happens again, it is vitally important that all of us look out for civilians, and we’re working together to do exactly that,” US State Secretary Antony Blinken said. “None of us want to see suffering by civilians on any side, whether it’s in Israel, whether it’s in Gaza, whether it’s anywhere else,” he added.

Palestinian Authority’s Hussein al-Sheikh said the evacuation call was a “war crime.”

The temporary displacement of the Palestinians, however, is necessary since Israel now considers north Gaza a war zone, which means the risk of casualties if action is not taken to move the population.

Hamas leaders were thus accused of using civilians as cover for their terror network.

“We see an active effort by Hamas to block and prevent the population from going south. Hamas wants to show the world that it has casualties and dead,” IDF spokesperson Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said.

More dead civilians is Hamas’ goal to raise a global uproar against Israel.

The world should not lose sight of the fact that it was Hamas who launched an atrocity against innocent Israeli civilians.
