Two fans are suing Madonna after her concerts started two hours late in New York City in December.

A report obtained by the entertainment website TMZ stated that the lawsuit was aimed at Dec. 13, 14, and 16 shows in which the plaintiffs said that the 8:30 p.m. scheduled shows started at 10:30 p.m., according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The complaint also said it constitutes a “wanton exercise in false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.”

The DailyMail.com also reported:

“The plaintiffs acknowledge Madonna had health issues that caused the original concert dates to be postponed from July to December, but they do not see that as an excuse for the night delays. The star was struck down by a life-threatening bacterial infection last year.

“The fans say they sent  $155.90 and $292.50 on the tickets and are suing for unspecified damages.”

There are no updates on whether Madonna has released an official statement regarding the lawsuit.
