Alden Richards, Jericho Rosales woo Kathryn Bernardo

MANILA, Philippines: Two of the entertainment industry’s top leading men – Alden Richards and Jericho Rosales – are pursuing actress Kathryn Bernardo, comedian and veteran entertainment reporter Ogie Diaz said.

In his YouTube vlog uploaded on Sunday, Diaz said that his source from Bernardo’s camp confirmed that both men are courting the 28-year-old actress.

“Alden said it himself, ‘what you see is what you get,’ so that’s what we got from a source, and Kathryn’s family really likes Alden, especially her Mommy Min. Alden is a businessman, financially stable, responsible. That’s why Kathryn’s family is reportedly happy and amused about it because Alden possesses the qualities they admire in a man,” he added.

“My source also told me that Jericho Rosales is courting Kathryn Bernardo. But if it were up to Kathryn’s family and they had to choose, it seems like they would be more in favor of Alden,” Diaz said.

Diaz also raised questions about Rosales’ commitments and personal life circumstances, such as his recent separation from wife Kim Jones.

“We also know that Jericho is separated or annulled from Kim Jones. Besides that, he also has a young son. We don’t know, maybe Jericho isn’t giving up on this, especially since they’re always together like during Kathryn’s birthday at Isla Amara, their jogging sessions, and during Mr. M’s [Johnny Manahan] birthday. If you truly love a woman, why would you give up? But you also need to win over her family members,” he added.

In November last year, Bernardo confirmed that she and boyfriend Daniel Padilla broke up after 11 years of being together.

Richards and Bernardo worked together for the 2019 film “Hello, Love, Goodbye.”
