Morocco Kingdom of Light together with Rustan’s Zenaida Tantoco, jointly hosted an “Enchanted Afternoon with Pinky Tobiano,” who displayed yet another facet of her tablescaping expertise.
Tobiano arranged five tables with Moroccan details and designs that impressed and delighted guests, both local and foreign, in the recent tablescaping event for a cause held at Rustan’s Makati.
Tobiano made use of colorful mosaic Zellige tables handmade in Morocco from unrefined clay that is hand-kneaded and kiln-fired. They can be used for gardens and terraces to add an extra charm to the place.
There were also Serghini porcelain tea sets for six, which has a teapot and a serving tray. As well as a Serghini 30-piece set, Moroccan dinner ware set of 12, plus other Moroccan merchandise.
It was during the pandemic, when Rustan’s saw Tobiano’s detailed tablescaping work (@tablelovebypinky), that they got her as influencer for the brand.
The notable guests in the recent event were Rustan’s Nedy Tantoco and Patrick Jacinto, former Miss Universe Margie Moran and beauty queen Bianca Manalo, Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson, actress Nadine Samonte, TV journalist Marie Lozano and noted hairdresser Bambbi Fuentes.
