The franchise, brought to the Philippines by Viva Skylar Food Inc./Viva International Food and Restaurant Inc., promises to highlight fusion of tradition and modernity in Korean cuisine.

Established in 2005 within a quaint Seoul house in the vibrant Samchong-dong neighborhood, Maple Tree House quickly garnered acclaim for its premium barbecue offerings. Its success prompted strategic expansions, resulting in multiple locations throughout Seoul, totaling three establishments to date.
